All prices are final as of initial invoice(excluding discussed changes involving additional charges)

Rates may vary based on length of project, time of day/night, travel costs, and set up/rental.

Half-day shoots are 0-4 hours and full-day shoots are 4-8+. If project falls between 10:30am-1:30pm it is considered full-day.

AE-SPEC LLC is not responsible for any shooting delays or rescheduling due to weather/circumstantial concerns.

Deposits must be made before any date is held for shooting.

Standard deposits are non refundable within 2 business days of scheduled shoot.

Deposits on full day sessions are non-refundable within 5 business days of scheduled shoot unless cancellation/delay is on fault of AE-SPEC LLC

Rental Costs incurred by re-schedules/shoots not caused by AE-SPEC LLC are the responsibility of the client/s.

RAW Media is not included in final project release but can be provided under additional charge.

Revisions on projects are limited to three standard reviews within 7 business days from original delivery date

Processed & Confirmed payment is required before any final footage/edit is released to involved parties.

AE-SPEC LLC is not responsible for providing any additional support or assistance outside of pre-defined duties during collaboration process.

AE-SPEC LLC does not assume liability for any unrelated/indirect damage or charges incurred on vehicles or persons during the shooting process.

AE-SPEC LLC reserves the right to cancel/halt the project immediately if any case of highly dangerous conduct, discrimination, harassment or safety concerns, occur place during the collaboration process.

AE-SPEC LLC reserves the right to utilize any media produced in Portfolio/Reel projects unless stated otherwise by client prior to shooting.

AE-SPEC LLC is not responsible for any distribution or promotion of project as well as social and legal reception of aforementioned project.
